Shipping Info: We typically ship items within 7 days. This does not apply to pre-orders (pre-orders ship within a few days of us receiving delivery). Please be aware that some items in the USA aren't combinable with other items. Shipping from the USA to Europe and the UK may be subject to import taxes, which we currently have no control over.
Return Policy: If an item is damaged or lost in transit we will generally replace it. Please be aware that this does not apply to items which have import tax due on them, which are then returned to sender.
